Starting in Fall 2019, I became a digital content creator for Harding University’s Student Publications and was involved in rebranding its online presence. This video announced the official institution of the Shockwave Media Team.

Clifton L. Ganus Jr. was truly one of the most incredible and beloved individuals Harding University has ever known. He attended Harding as a student before serving as a teacher, president, chancellor, and chancellor emeritus—a total of 73 years on staff. In September of 2019, Ganus passed away at the age of 97. I scoured through old photos and recordings to put together this video in honor of his life.

Up-and-coming musician Josie Dunne performed at Harding University, and the Shockwave Media Team was fortunate enough to make a video with her. Heavily inspired by James Corden’s famous Carpool Karaoke videos, we drove her around the city of Searcy, Arkansas and held a sing-along interview. I had the unique task of hosting, driving, and running the cameras and audio simultaneously. No one was harmed in the making of this video, and all music was used with her permission.

Created for the Student Association of Harding University to encourage students to participate in a campus-wide day of reading Scripture.

Harding University’s 2019 Homecoming was filled with numerous events that I filmed and compiled into a recap video. Events included: social club reunions, live performances by student music and drama groups, a volleyball match, a friends and family tailgate, a football game, and the musical “Matilda.”
